Full Refund
You qualify for a full refund if:

- You received a damaged or defective product
Return the item within 7 days in original condition and packaging.
Partial Refund

- The product doesn't match the description (apply within 7 days)
- The product has minor quality issues or defects
- The product has warranty-covered defects not caused by misuse
